2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on fa9999 and participate in any gaming or betting activity, a member must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If any discrepancy is found during age verification, the account will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Only

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, it will be treated as bonus fraud or manipulation, and all accounts will be closed immediately.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number, payment details — must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.4 Account Security

3. Bonus and Promotion Terms

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Wagering requirement is 10 times (10x).

  • The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be received once per account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
  • Only bets placed on eligible games count toward bonus wagering — the list of excluded games is published separately.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
  • Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity will result in cancellation of all bonuses and related winnings.
  • fa9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

3.1 VIP Cashback Program

fa9999 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on a member's overall gaming activity and loyalty. Cashback is credited directly to the wallet and separate wagering requirements may apply.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

  • 6 Any attempt to use multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotional benefits will result in permanent closure of all accounts.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

7. Account Closure and Termination

7.1 Account Closure by Member

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the associated bonus balance will be cancelled.

7.2 Account Closure by fa9999

fa9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

  • If any clause of these Terms is violated
  • If evidence of fraudulent activity is found
  • If identity verification fails
  • If financial crime or money laundering is suspected
  • If the account has been inactive for an extended period

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on the fa9999 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of fa9999 and is protected by copyright law.

  • Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content without prior permission from fa9999 is prohibited.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

fa9999 will not bear any liability in the following circumstances:
